Florida's finest food truck park — currently shut down pending a health inspection. Management is aware of the situation. Management does not care.
In May 2026, Dad stopped at a taco truck in Winter Haven, Florida on his way home to Southwest Florida. While waiting for his order, two tiny kittens crawled out from underneath the Mexican popsicle truck parked right next door. Six weeks old. Covered in fleas. Completely feral. They walked right up to him. The tacos had barely been ordered. The kittens had already made their decision.
He scooped them up. The Mexican abuelita running the taco truck saw the whole thing, smiled, and handed him an avocado box to bring them home in. She didn't charge him for the box. She just nodded like she knew exactly what was happening. He grabbed his tacos, put the kittens in the avocado box, and drove them home to Southwest Florida. The tacos served double duty — dinner AND a peace offering for Mom. It worked. None of this would exist without a taco order, a Mexican abuelita, and an avocado box. The kittens know this. They are still ungrateful. This is a family business.
📈 Building Generational Wealth
In a challenging economic climate, Poppy and Lilo identified an underserved market opportunity in the food truck sector and acted decisively. They were six weeks old. They had fleas. They had no capital, no business plan, and no permits. Analysts were skeptical. The kittens were not.
⚠️ The park is currently under health inspection. Generational wealth building is temporarily on hold. We reopen in 2 weeks.
In 2026, sisters Poppy and Lilo discovered a cardboard coffee truck under a food truck at a store in Florida. They immediately claimed it. Then they claimed a second truck. Then a third. Management tried to intervene. Management failed. The park is theirs now.
Their older brothers Percy and Sir Charles serve as senior staff. Leo, the German Shepherd, handles security — though nobody has told him he's outranked by all of them.

The food truck life chose us.
Also we knocked everything over."

Co-founded the park at 8 weeks old. Already restructuring. Will knock your coffee over and feel nothing.
Strategic visionary. Mostly sleeps. Occasionally stares at things with alarming intensity. Results-driven.
2 years of experience. Already submitted 4 formal complaints about the new ownership. Has retained legal counsel. Nebelung. Distinguished. Unbothered by your opinion of this.
5-year veteran. Remembers when this was a quiet household. Has not adapted well. Still the most competent employee.
Long-haired German Shepherd. 120 lbs. Technically intimidating. Currently outside management's door breathing heavily. Holds a frisbee at all times. The frisbee is not a security tool. Leo believes it is.
Watch Poppy, Lilo, Sir Charles, Percy, and Leo run the park in real time. "Run" is used loosely.
